Welcome to StyleAI: Virtual Try-On Fashion ("StyleAI", "we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, process, store, and safeguard your data when you use our Android mobile application and associated backend services.

2 Information We Collect

We only collect data necessary to provide high-fidelity virtual styling and maintain secure user accounts:

• User Authentication: When you sign in using Google Sign-In or Firebase Auth, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo URL to create your secure user profile and maintain your credit balance.
• User Uploaded Photos (Try-On Assets): Photos of the human model and the clothing/garment items selected by you to generate the virtual try-on composite.
• Usage & Diagnostics: Anonymous app telemetry, device model, operating system version, and crash logs collected via Google Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose defects and ensure smooth performance.
• Purchase Records: When you purchase virtual credit packs, transaction tokens and receipt IDs are validated via Google Play In-App Billing. We do not store raw credit card numbers or financial passwords.

3 How We Process Your Photos

Virtual try-on requires high-performance computational processing. When you trigger a try-on:

• Images are securely transmitted via encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.3) directly to our backend server and cloud AI processing node (FASHN Virtual Try-On 1.5).
• The AI model synthesizes the clothing onto the person. Images are strictly processed ephemerally for this generation and are never used for biometric surveillance, face recognition databases, or sold to data brokers.
• Resulting images are stored in your private Google Firebase Storage bucket to allow you to inspect, compare, download, or share your styling history.

5 Data Retention & Account Deletion

You have full control over your personal data. In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety and Account Deletion policies:

• You can delete any single photo or try-on result directly from your in-app wardrobe or history at any time.
• You can request complete and permanent deletion of your user account, profile, credits, and all uploaded photos via our dedicated web portal without needing to keep the app installed.

6 Children's Privacy

StyleAI does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately, and we will purge the account and assets from our servers.
